My journey has been profoundly shaped by my devotion to my family - my spouse and our three children - who inspire me daily and drive my unwavering commitment to excellence and positive impact.

My educational journey began in 1987 at Escola Primária 3 de Fevereiro in Maputo, where I first developed a deep connection to Mozambique’s dynamic culture and society. These formative years ignited within me a passion for contributing to the development and progress of my community and country. This passion continues to fuel my professional and academic pursuits. I am undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration, with an anticipated completion in 2028. This advanced degree symbolizes my dedication to continuously expanding my knowledge and skills to effect meaningful change in Africa’s business and economic landscapes.

In my role as Chief Executive Officer of SMM - Sociedade Moçambicana de Medicamentos SA, I lead with exceptional vision and expertise, particularly in the industrial pharmaceutical sector. My influence extends beyond SMM, as I am at the forefront of Green Credits, a pioneering firm specializing in locally sourced carbon credits, and have co-founded ARLog Moçambique and Innometrics Solutions EI—companies dedicated to risk management and logistics optimization, respectively.

Beyond my executive roles, I am the Founder and Host of the Caminhos do Executivo Podcast and a Mentor at The Mentor You Platform.
