Who We Are.

ARLog Moçambique A Pioneer Born of Necessity. Intelligence, Integrity and Independence in the service of Mozambique

The Vision with Two Decades

The Boutique Difference

Intelligence

Integrity

Independence

Trusted by Leaders

When ARLog Moçambique was founded at the end of 2018, the country faced a clear and growing gap. Mozambique's economy was opening to international investment, supply chains were expanding and global brands were establishing their presence. Yet the specialised services needed to protect them, including independent risk consultancy, corporate investigations, forensic accounting and brand protection, were virtually absent from the national market. Companies had to rely on costly foreign providers with little understanding of local realities, or face fraud, counterfeiting, theft and internal misconduct without expert support. ARLog was created to close that gap. It became the first company in Mozambique dedicated to Security and Investigations Consultancy, bringing to the national market a discipline that until then had been largely out of reach.

ARLog was built on more than two decades of experience in security, risk, control, distribution and logistics. That experience comes from senior management of private security companies and industrial FMCG operations, and from advisory work with local law enforcement agencies. It was earned in the field, where risk is concrete: goods disappearing between warehouse and customer, fraud hidden inside trusted teams, controls that exist on paper but fail in practice, and decisions taken without a clear view of the threats behind them. In boardrooms and warehouses, in distribution networks and criminal investigations, the same pattern kept appearing. Mozambican businesses were growing and investing, yet they carried serious exposure and had no access to independent, specialised counsel able to connect security, control and operations into a single, coherent view of risk. The answer was clear. Mozambique needed its own centre of excellence in risk and security, rooted in local reality and aligned with international standards. ARLog exists to meet that need.

ARLog is, by design, a boutique firm. We do not offer volume. We offer depth. Every client is served directly by senior specialists, every engagement is tailored to its own context, and every recommendation is built on first-hand understanding of the Mozambican terrain. Our scale is deliberate: it keeps us agile, discreet and personally accountable for the results we deliver.

Our strength is the calibre of our people. ARLog brings together Senior Risk and Security Managers, Senior Consultants, Forensic Accountants, Attorneys, Commercial and Criminal Investigators, IT specialists in data interrogation, and former police investigators, military and police officers. Together they form a multidisciplinary team that anticipates threats, uncovers the truth and resolves complexity with discretion.

Every engagement is conducted in full compliance with Mozambican legislation and international standards. For us, integrity is not a policy. It is the principle that defines who we are and how we work.

ARLog is wholly independent of any manufacturer, supplier or third-party organisation. This autonomy lets us offer impartial, best-practice advice without conflict of interest, and recommend only what truly serves our clients.

Our clients include major international brands in footwear and gear, apparel, electronics and pharmaceuticals, alongside leading law firms, banks, consumer goods companies, industrial FMCG manufacturers in food and beverages, and national telecommunications operators. Security is not a barrier to growth. It is the foundation that makes growth possible.
