My journey into leadership and transformative business practices began with a strong academic and professional foundation. I completed my secondary education in Maputo in 1999 and moved forward with a Licentiate Degree in Security & Management and an MBA in Leadership & Management.

I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), expected to be completed in 2025, to deepen my knowledge and further enhance my ability to lead with purpose, ethics, and integrity.

Over the past 28 years, I have had the privilege of leading and nurturing numerous initiatives that drive economic growth, foster innovation, and ensure long-term sustainability.
